Service Manager


Robert Brooks is the Service Manager at AIR Technologies, where he leads and supports the service team to ensure operational excellence, technical proficiency, and outstanding customer service. With over two decades of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical industry, Robert plays a key role in optimizing field productivity, maintaining planned revenue growth, and driving the company’s vision and business strategy.

Robert joined AIR Technologies in 2001 as a Service Technician, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in HVAC/Mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and customer relations. His commitment to quality and leadership skills led to his promotion to Service Manager, where he now oversees technician development, service operations, and client satisfaction. Prior to his career in HVAC, Robert served in the United States Air Force Security Police, where he honed his leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Robert holds an Associates degree in Occupational Studies from Vatterott College. He also maintains an Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License and an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
